We are all living in a where life is so fast that one hardly finds anytime for himself .The Daily routine is as such that one feels stressed out at the end of the day. Then what's the remedy? The matter needs serious thought. To avoid stress it is generally advised to go for a walk, do Gym, exercise, listen to music etc. But we need to do a lot more to be fit, relaxed and stress free. There is one alternative to relieve oneself of Stress and a way to make oneself Fit and healthy is CYCLING.

Cycling is being used as a means of transport from 18th century but now it has come a long way to be used for recreation, Fitness and sport. It's fast emerging as one of the Best alternative to other means of fitness especially in countries like Switzerland, Japan, China, other European countries and north American countries.

Cycling increases the brain activity. After 30-45 minutes of cycling the brain activity is at its maximum says the Neuroscientist.

The new ring road project announced for Jammu may be designed on the pattern of UP Government where dedicated cycling track has been kept from Agra to Etawah. Similarly cycling track can be made all along NH-1 (Lakhanpur- Baramulla) also. In the end I will sum up with one line,
