NEW DELHI: While strongly condemning as a ‘cowardly act' the action by the Pakistan Army to mutilate bodies of two Indian soldiers in the Krishna Ghati Sector in the northern sector, the Congress today slammed the NDA Government for lack of a clear strategy to check such attacks from across the border.

Talking to reporters here, AICC senior spokesperson Anand Sharma said that it was a matter of concern that despite the surgical strikes carried out by the Indian army across the line of control with Pakistan, terrorist attacks on the Indian soil by Islamabad continued unabated.

”Since the surgical strikes in September last year, there have been six major attacks on Army camps with nearly 41 army men having been martyred . There is no clear strategy on the part of the Government to check such attacks. ,”he said. (AGENCIES)
