NEW DELHI : Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley today said that work to push currency into banks is going on at a fast pace and adequate money will be available in the market in the coming days.

The finance minister said a large amount of cash has come into the banking system during demonetisation phase including black money. This will increase the capacity of the banks to lend cash. He said all efforts are being made to push adequate currency into the market as fast as possible and the work will be soon completed.

Mr Jaitley said the year 2017 will be the year of getting commodities and services into the system ambit and ”digitalisation of Indian '. This is 's future.

Mr Jaitley also said Inflation rate is under control and he sees reduction in tax rates in the coming days.
