Bharat Rattan, Baba Saheb Dr BR Ambedkar Jayanti and Samman Samaroh was celebrated by All J&K Guru Ravi Dass Sabha, Bhaderwah here today in the premises of temple Shri Guru Ravi Dass Ji Maharaj, Dalyian village. People from all walks of life graced the occasion and paid tributes to Baba Saheb. Addressing the gathering, President Guru Ravi Das Sabha President Swami Raj and other office bearers which included Dr Parshotam Kumar, Surinder Singh, Uttam Chand, Hakim Singh, Mukesh Kumar, Lashu Ram and others said that Dr BR Ambedkar was a great visionary, champion of downtrodden and father of Indian Constitution. He always fought for social and economic equality and universal brotherhood, he said and advised the people to follow the path shown by Shri Guru Ravi Dass Ji Maharaj and Baba Sahib.They also criticized all political leaders and governments for ignoring 100% SC population village Dalyian of Bhaderwah and alleged that they are being supplied contaminated water and in their village there is no Primary Health Center. Speakers also said that it is all due to Baba Saheb that political and service class reservation is provided to the downtrodden communities like SC, ST and OBCs. He said that we are ever ready to provide justice to the under-privileged and give all facilities to SC, ST and OBCs. Later many religious personalities delivered religious sermons to the people and also threw light on the contribution of Dr BR Ambedkar and said that the only way to success is to follow teachings of great saints like Shri Guru Ravi Dass, Guru Kabir Ji, Nabha Dass and Guru Gyagi Ji.Langer was also organised by the committee members on the occasion.
