Jammu Tawi, May 2: The Union Territory Administration in Ladakh has constituted Justice (Retired) Bansi Lal Bhat led Commission to identify areas adjoining the Actual Line of Control (ALC) for the purpose of reservation under the J&K Reservation Act 2004 as applicable to the UT of Ladakh.
