Srinagar, Oct 16: Omar Abdullah was sworn in as the first Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir as a Union Territory on Wednesday. LG Manoj Sinha administered him and his selected members the oath of office at the Sher-i-Kashmir International Convention Centre (SKICC).
