Militants attack BSF camp, injure three personnel

Srinagar, August 19: Three personnel of the Border Security Force were injured in an ongoing encounter after some militants began firing at  the force’s camp at a village in Kupwara’s Karnah on Friday, police said.

The camp that was targeted is located in Kupwara’s Nachin village and houses an ammunition depot, a police official said.

The three BSF personnel injured in the firing are being airlifted to Army’s base hospital in Srinagar. — PTI
