Plea against Rs 2000 note exchange dismissed

The Delhi High Court dismisses a plea challenging the permission to exchange Rs 2,000 currency notes without requisition slip, ID proof.
Ashwini Upadhyay had filed a petition in the Delhi high court challenging the decision of the Reserve Bank of and the State Bank of India to allow people to exchange Rs 2,000 banknotes without submitting any identity documents or filling up a requisition form.
