    LG Ladakh appoints bew competent authority under BUDS Act

    , Aug 9: The Lieutenant Governor (LG) of has appointed Laltinkhuma Franklin, Commissioner Secretary to the Government, UT of Ladakh, as the new competent authority under the Banning of Unregulated Deposit Schemes (BUDS) Act 2019. This appointment updates previous regulations and designates Franklin to oversee the implementation of the Act's functions.
