Kameshwar selected for UN Millennium Fellowship

, Sept 25: Kameshwar Sharma, student of Rajiv Gandhi University of Law, Patiala (), has been awarded Millennium Fellowship by the United Nations Academic Impact and MCN, New York, United States.
The application process for the Class of 2022 was very competitive, with over 30,000 applicants from more than 2,400 campuses across 140 nations out of which 200 campuses (8 percent) worldwide have been selected to host 3,000 plus Millennium Fellows in 2022.
Kameshwar Sharma is son of former wrestler and Senior Superintendent of Police in J&K Police, Dushyant Sharma. “This is a vital time to meaningfully engage to advance the Sustainable Development Goals, and it will be grateful to have you in the Millennium Fellowship community,” the handout read.
