Terror attacks on the multiple targets. It has evolved into more dangerous phenomena. Kashmir is governed by few families, the Kashmir problem which had continued since Independence, is becoming more and more complex.

Alienation of people from the mainstream reached a new height after 2014, when Pakistan mobilized mosques and other Kashmiris religious tanzeems and their cadres to propagate radical Islam in the valley. Their network grew rapidly and soon established links between the domestic religious groups and their sponsors in Pakistan on both side of line of control.
There was advent of “fidayeens” with the aim of causing maximums casualties among the security forces in high-security areas. The 2016-17 spurt in unrest in Kashmir also known as “Burhan aftermath” refers to the violent protests that spread across the whole valley after Burhan gunned by security areas.
Shut-downs calls and restriction regimes continued as usual, mobile services where suspended, with little impact on terrorist but causing great hardship for the common citizens as normal life remained disturbed in the valley. According to reports, over 15.000 civilians involved in protests and stone-pelting were injured and many by suffered loss of sight. Most protests attached a large number of educated and middle class youth, who were active on social media and boldly “proclaimed their anti-Indian identities”. Their bold anti-Indian approach held further appeal among Kashmiri youth. Whatever may intelligence report suggest, the Pakistan design and propaganda succeeded because of several ad-hoc and panicky reactions by state agencies to quell mass protests.
Talking about the Pakistan Militancy and Kashmiri Secessionist Movements, “Surgical Strikes on Pakistan”. About 200 valiant Indian Army personal entered Pakistan – occupied Kashmir (POK) on 29, September 2016 and smashed seven launching pad and killed more than 40 terrorists, guides and Pakistan army personal. The Indian army made it clear that the attack was not against the Pakistan army but hostile to terrorists. The surgical strikes boosted the morale of Indian Army as well as the nation as for the first time; India took revenge for the numerous terrorists activities carried out by Pakistan – sponsored terrorists.
Analyst claimed that it was a nicely planned operation in which the former Defense Minister Parrikar, Security advisor and army chief were directly involved, while the air forces kept on alert. The Israel command operation of 1976 in Entebbe, in Vganda , in which the Israeli passengers were freed from hijacked plane, is another example of surgical strike. The United State also carried out several surgical strikes against Al-Qaeda in Afghanistan using curie missiles. While the rivalry reaction of Pakistan and Nawaz Sharif was that it is a “Naked aggression” and refused that any surgical strike had happened and denied that Indian army personnel had entered POK.
Pakistan always thought that albeit erroneously, that it can snatch Kashmir from India by force. The Pakistan army and tribesman did joint operation in 1947 and 1965 with the intention to capture and amalgamate Kashmir into Pakistan. But the Indian army defeated them both times.
The creepy ISI chalked out a comprehensive plan to disturb the peace and the tranquility of the bordering state of J&K. It created several terrorists activities in the state as well as to assist the secessionist elements. Besides terrorist outfits, the ISI also successfully cultivated a large number of so called human rights activists who created excessive noise against security forces working against all odds but remained silent when terrorist killed innocent citizens and said nothing when Hindus, Sikhs and Christians had to abandon their homes in Kashmir because of killing and threats by terrorists.
The South Asia Terrorism Portal (SATP) which is the largest website on terrorism , mentioned that there are about 18 inactive terrorists outfits, including J&K National Liberation Army, Al-Jehad Forces, Tehrik-e-jehad-e-Islami, etc. The SAPT also mentioned that besides these groups there are about 14 domestic terrorists' outfits besides these groups, there are about 14 domestic terrorists' outfits and about 32 transnational organizations working in Pakistan. Mostly the domestic terrorist's organizations carry out terrorist's activities within the country, but often the ISI and terrorists outfits use them against India and Afghanistan. In 1993, at the behest of the ISI. 26 political parties, social groups and religious organizations constitute of them could fight pointy against the Indian Government.
KASHMIR POLICY OF INDIA
Besides the above mentioned groups , the ISI has created a few more terrorists outfits, namely Brigade 313, Student Islamic Movement of India(SIMI) and Indian Mujahedeen (IM), just to name a few. The terrorist activities shake the investor confidence, which hampers the economic progress of the nation. India has to spend very large amounts on the security of the country because of the perpetual threat from Pakistan. India tolerated Pakistan- sponsored terrorists activities for many years and did not formulate any comprehensive policy to contains the menace . However, it appears that the present government is moving very systematically to eradicate Pakistan- Sponsored Terrorism and bring permanent peace in the valley. The support agents who have given shelter to these terrorists in the house are also exposed. According to SATP, 41 security personnel were martyred while 113 terrorists were in 2015. Security forces exterminated about 599 terrorists from 2014 to December 2107.
Pakistan watchers also claim that Dineshwar Sharma was appointed as interlocutor because of the pressure as the announcement came just one day before the visit of Rex. Tillerson, U.S Secretary of State, to India and Pakistan. The Indian Security forces have already eliminated a large number of terrorists and their leaders.
INDIA AND CHINA
Talking about the India and China, the two nations share a long border – much of which remains the fully designed – and number of major international groupings without doubt, close bilateral relation between the two could help sort out many global issues in addition to providing security and economic benefits to the region. India media reports that China had started building up military forces near Doklam Plateau, with analysts suggesting that this , allow China to tighten control on its borders. The Doklam Stand-off and its immediate aftermath after offer a useful case study from which to draw a number of insights concerning the Sino- Indian relationship. Good news was that the two nations able to cool down situations and bad news was that such agreements have no border implications.
The issues are many and will not be resolved simply. To begin with China, to establish itself among the South Asian Nations in India's neighborhood is deeply mistrust in New Delhi. India claims that the mistrust stems from the fact that Chinese policies vis-à-vis India is opaque. Beijing can rightly claim that India should propose inclusions of China in that Endeavour. Any failure of India's end to live up to those 2007 treaty clauses would be blow to New Delhi prestige and signal its renunciation.
Understanding Nehru China Policy he was seeking to promote People, he was seeking to promote Public Relation of China (PRC) for the permanent seat in the United Nations Security Council (UNSC), which was awarded to Chang Kaishek so called ” Nationalist” China . And he was simultaneously allowing the US Central Agency (CIA) to set up listening post in the high Himalayas . On the other plane , as Nehru addressed the first few batches of Indian Foreign Services(IFS) in 1950s , he told them to keep their eyes peelded for PRC's moves in the countries they were assigned.
What Nehru done is exactly Indira Gandhi did during the time she needed the superpower support. She chooses to side with the leading edge of the non-aligned movement (NAM) and to oppose the China-Pakistan combine regionally. This is the good time to revisit the story of the middle sector. India and China had been functioning with in a resilient confidence – building measures (CBM) structure that include the joint working group on the boundary issue.
A parallel can be drawn in the way the pilgrims can go to visit Mount Kailash and Man Sarover (lake) every year, with both being located inside Tibet. Some people believe that Prime Minister Narendra Modi could be leaving the difficult problems, like lasting pace with Pakistan , a solution to the Kashmir Problem and solving the Chinese puzzle , for his second term. If that is actually the thought, then the grounds for all these issues needs to be laid now. It is not in any way too soon. Instead, time is running out.
