Hockey: India thrash Spain 6-1 in 2nd match of Tour of Belgium

Indian men's Hockey team thrash Spain 6-1 in the second match of Tour of Belgium in Antwerp yesterday. Dragflicker Harmanpreet Singh scored twice whereas skipper Manpreet Singh, Nilakanta Sharma, Mandeep Singh and Rupinderpal Singh (59th) scored one goal each.

will take on Spain again in the third match of the tour of Belgium today. In the opening match of the tour, India defeated Belgium 2-0 on Thursday. The No. 5 India will face World No. 2 Belgium again in two matches to be held on 1st and 3rd October 2019.

The current tour of Belgium is considered to boost Indian team's confidence ahead of Olympic qualifiers scheduled in November.
