Pulwama, Jan 12, CNS: A Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) man on Thursday shot himself with his service rifle in south 's Tral township.

Constable Bearu Ram Raiger of CRPF's 180 Battalion shot himself with his service weapon at a camp in Tral area of Pulwama district, said an official

The incident occurred on Thursday afternoon, he said, adding that the constable was critically injured as the bullet had hit his abdomen.

He was shifted to Sub District Hospital Tral where from he was referred to 92 Army Base Hospital Srinagar in a critical condition, added the official. (CNS)
