Chibber, Nuzhat inspect preparations for historic LG Rolling Trophy

Jammu, Mar 6: The Director Youth Services and , Subash Chander Chibber and Secretary J&K Sports Council, Nuzhat Gul visited MA Stadium today and inspected the preparations and facilities for the finals of LG Rolling Trophy to be played between District Jammu and District Anantnag on March 9 at MA Stadium, here.

The Director Sports alongwith the Secretary JKSC inspected the pitch (wicket) to be used for the finals and other allied facilities at the venue.

The heads of both the Departments/Organisations served strict instructions to their respective officers and officials with regard to holding the event in a befitting manner.
It is pertinent to mention here that before the finals between Jammu and Anantnag, the (hardliner) for the third place will be played between Doda and Ganderbal on March 8 at the same venue.

Mr Chibber and Ms Nuzhat were accompanied  by Joint Director Youth Services and Sports (J), Suram Chand Sharma; Joint Director YS&S (K), Bashir Ahmed; Deputy Director Youth Services and Sports (C) Jitender Mishra; Deputy Director YS&S E&S, Ravi Kumar; Accounts Officer Directorate; Sunil Kumar Sharma; District Youth Services and Sports Officer Jammu, Sukhdev Raj Sharma, Balbir Singh, Rajesh Dhar (Match Referee) and the Conveners of various committees.
