Army, BSF exchange sweets with Pak counterparts across Jammu

    Jammu, Aug 14 (UNI) Indian Army and Border Security Force on Saturday exchanged sweets with its Pakistan counterparts along the Line of Control and international border in Jammu region.
    “Indian Army on the occasion of Pakistan’s Independence Day exchanged sweets and compliments with Pakistan Army troops in Poonch and Mendhar Crossing Points along LoC in District Poonch,” said the defence spokesman.
    Meanwhile, the troops of Border Security Force and the Pakistani Rangers on Saturday exchanged sweets along the Border Outposts in the Jammu region.
    “Pak Rangers and BSF have exchanged sweets on the occasion of Pak Independence Day at various BOPs under Jammu Frontier,” said the BSF spokesman.
    Earlier on July 21 on the occasion of Eid, both the forces exchanged sweets. (UNI)
