2 senior officers to handle containment in J&K

JAMMU Tawi: Two senior officers were deployed to handle COVID containment in Jammu and Kashmir. The  government on Thursday deployed Shahid Iqbal Choudhary (IAS), Administrative Secretary, Tribal Affairs Department, to be stationed at Jammu to oversee all COVID containment related work at Jammu.
Similarly, Zubair Ahmad (KAS), Commissioner Secretary to the Government, Department of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, has been ordered to be stationed at Kashmir, the order added.
