Jammu Tawi, April 22: 5 Jammu Kashmir Administrative Service officers JKAS were today by order vide 356-JKGAD OF 2021 DT. 22-4-2021 namely Rishpal Singh from 1.1.2017, Ashok Kumar Sharma from 1.1.2017, Rajinder Kumar Sharma from 1.1.2017, Kapil Sharma from 1.1.2017 and Abdul Aziz Sheikh from 1.1.2019.
The order however mentioned that these promotions would be subject to outcome of writ petitions, in case any of them is pending before the competent courts of law.
