JAMMU, Dec 30: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has constituted a fact-finding committee to investigate allegations of illegal promotion of Waqar Ahmed, currently working as In-Assistant Engineer in the Public Works (R&B) Division, Thanamandi.
The committee has been tasked with examining the circumstances surrounding the promotion and ascertaining whether established rules and procedures were followed.
