Jammu Tawi: Sohana Hospital, a super-specialty hospital in Mohali is hosting a free Check-up Camp for Robotic Surgery for the first time in Jammu. The camp was organized by North India’s Best Robotic Knee Replacement Surgeon Dr. Gagandeep Singh Sachdeva and Dr. Karamveer Singh Sabharwal, will take place on 10th November 2024 at Gurdwara Sri Guru Singh Sahib, Guru Nanak Nagar, Gandhi Nagar. The camp will provide free consultations and check-ups by award-winning robotic surgeons. Dr. Sachdeva, who has over 25 years of experience in knee replacement surgery, emphasizes the benefits of robotic knee replacement surgery, including maximum precision, minimal cuts, less blood loss, highest accuracy, and faster return to normal activities. The camp is particularly beneficial for elderly patients aged 80 and above with damaged knee joints, age-related osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis suffering from high blood pressure, diabetes, and heart diseases. Dr. Sabharwal also highlights the success of robotic surgery for urological problems such as prostate and prostate cancer, kidney cancer, and bladder cancer.
