Poonch, Mar 08: International volleyball player and member of Jammu and Kashmir Sports Council, Saqlain Tariq visited Sports Stadium, here to interact with the trainees of different sports disciplines and their coaches.
During his interaction, Saqlain advised the bidding players to avoid the bad habits and contribute for the well being of the society by way of achieving higher goals in life.
He also asked the coaches to give their best to polish the new and raw talent. On this occasion, Manager Sports Stadium, Nirdosh Kumar briefed the visiting Member Sports Council about the infrastructural facilities being extended to the trainees.
The Manager introduced Saqlain with coaches, Mushtaq Ahmed (Boxing) Sorab Sharma (Handball), Parvez Malik (Cricket), Pawan Kumar (Hockey), Rajinder Singh (Football), Rohit Sharma (Boxing), Navjot Singh (Hockey) and senior citizen, Prem Parkash Luthra.
Salqain expressed his satisfaction over various training centres at the Sports Stadium and assured of improved facilities in the hands of J&K Sports Council.
