Jammu Tawi, Nov 9: Gurmeet Singh President Beopar Mandal & District General Secretary Congress and other leaders of Have visited Gali Partap Garh Mohalla Near Peer Baba Alif Shah and Ram Mandir Near Pipal Wala Hatta City Jammu east has heard the that there is no cleanness in the area for last 7 to 8 days which encouraging Dengu and Crona Virus. since it is the responsibility of the Municipality to look after the cleanness of the area with the help of concerned Supervisor appointed by the municipality but no action is being taken either by the municipal officers or by the Concerned Supervisor for cleanness of the area. If the supervisor doesn’t do his duty properly he must be fined of Rs 25000/- for negligence on the part of his duty.
It is also notice that 150 to 200 Cases are daily coming in J&K due to non cleanliness of the area. If such happened the concern Municipal department will be responsible and the amount spent on Medical treatment of the patients will be borne by the concern department. At present, Dengue is spreading in the city due to poor cleanness in the city of Jammu. The matter may kindly be taken seriously at your level to avoid further loss of lives. Moreover, it has been given to understand that Rs. 30000 Crore were sanctioned for Pardhan Mantri Swachh Bharat Abhiyan but it is not understood where this heavy amount sanctioned for this work has been spent as there is no such Swachh Bharat Abhiyan in Jammu. In Congress Govt. Regime 2 times cleanliness was done but not even one time is being done.
