Rajouri, Oct 30: Two Army personnel including an officer were killed
while another sustained injuries in an explosion at Kalal forward area
on Line of Control (LoC) in Rajouri district.
The deceased Army personnel have been identified as Lieutenant Rishi
Kumar and Sepoy Manjit Singh.
Officials told that an Army domination patrol was on routine
patrolling in Kalal LoC forward area of Nowshera in Rajouri when the
explosion took place.
Two Army personnel including a Lieutenant and a Sepoy were killed in
an explosion, they said, adding that another personnel, who suffered
critical injuries is undergoing treatment.
The explosion took place at Kalal forward in Nowshera where an
encounter took place on July 08 in which one militant was killed by
Army and many other infiltrators were pushed back.
