Today, the District Administration Samba carried out a large anti-encroachment effort in Ramgarh, reclaiming 55 kanals of state land and three kanals of Khacharai territory.
Taking cognizance of encroachment, Deputy Commissioner Samba Anuradha Gupta constituted an anti encroachment team reached the spot early morning and pressed multiple JCBs machines to remove several temporary and permanent structures including pavements, boundary wall, Concrete RCC, sheds, barbed wires, poles, houses and other structures.
Tehsildar Ramgarh Tarseem Lal along with Police officers and field revenue staff conducted the drive vacated State land under Khasra no 316 in village Dabuz Kaka Ramgarh measuring 55 kanal, while another 3 Kanal Kahchari land was retrieved in the adjoining area.
