    2 MCs of Poonch district achieve conditions for ODF++ certification

    POONCH, FEBRUARY 05: Municipal Council Poonch and Municipal Committee Surankote has met all the necessary conditions for ODF++ certification.

    Municipal Committee Surankote has completed all its IHHL targets, Community Toilets and Public Toilets construction.

    The details of Toilets have also been available on Google Toilet locator app for the convenience of the Public.

    The Municipal Committees have been working towards the upgradation of toilets so as to achieve the certification of ODF++ for the town.

    Accordingly, the two civic bodies  developed Service Level Benchmarks for toilets which are available in the MCs  and on the official website of DULJ (www.htpp://www.ulbjammu.org).

    Objection and feedback can be submitted within 15 days from the release of this notification either in the office of Municipal Council Poonch and Municipal Committee Surankote or in the grievance section of the official website of DULBJ. The MCs would declare the town's ODF++post completion of this period.
