Education is regarded as the strongest pillar of any nation and the teachers are the architects who build this pillar deeper and stronger. However, it is unfortunate that in India this profession is being opted as a chance not as a choice. It's alarming that our last option is teaching. The reason behind this is compulsive and reluctant attitude is that teachers are not regarded seriously and genuinely. Teachers are powerless as they don't share anything in government decision making or authorities. They ate not given any power or authority that they may bring any change on their own. They are halted a number of the times on roads by traffic sergeants even and questioned in such a manner as if they are good for nothing .But if we turn the tables and give teachers the same perks and protocols that bureaucrats enjoy ,all the young and talented minds would wholeheartedly opt for the teaching profession. If we want to change the destiny of our nation we must change the conditions of teachers. We strengthen their hands economically and emotionally. If a teachers are provided with a uniform that should have a prestige higher than others, given all priorities with protocols and if they get salutation by all other forces then you would see the bulk of people opting this prestigious profession .But the reality is that teaching is a low paid and thankless job. Teachers spent their ages making their students successful, they equip youth with such qualities so they can furnish all the luxuries in future, whereas teachers own future is left at the mercy of the fate.
