JAMMU, Nov 20: The State Investigation Agency of the Jammu and Kashmir Police on Thursday raided the Jammu office of the Kashmir Times for allegedly promoting activities against the country.
An official said a case has been registered against the newspaper for the “glorification of activities inimical to the interests of the country,” prompting the raid.
SIA sleuths carried out a thorough search of the premises, including computers and other material, the official added.
The case has been filed against the publication and its promoters, who are likely to be questioned during the investigation. (Agencies)
