Temple Desecration Row
Jammu: With tension gripping the entire city after two temple desecration row involving vandalizing idols, students held protest outside Jammu University Campus against the sacrilegious act.
The students alleged that prior to the Amarnath Yatra, the anti-social elements are deliberately trying to disturb peace in the Jammu Kashmir.
The members of various student unions urged the government to ensure harmony in the state .
The students also wanted to encourage visitors to the Holy Amarnath Shrine.
They also demanded stern action to be taken against such elements.
