Properties of Pakistan-based five terror handlers attached in Baramulla: Police

Srinagar, Jun 27: Police on Thursday attached properties worth crores of Pakistan-based five terror handlers in north 's Baramulla.

The attachment of land comprising of 9 kanals was executed after obtaining orders passed by Hon'ble Court Baramulla.

“Police in Baramulla after obtaining attachment order passed by Hon'ble Court Baramulla attached properties (9 Kanals) land worth crore belonging to 5 terror handlers based in Pakistan, namely Bashir Ah Ganie son of Gh Ahmad of Tilgam; Mehraj-ud-Din Lone son of Fata Mohd of Khargam; Ghulam Mohd Yatoo son of Gh Ahmad of Tilgam; Ab Rehman Bhat son of Mohd Subhan of Wanigam Payeen; and Ab Rashid Lone son of Gh Mohi-ud-Din of Satreseeran.” police spokesperson in a statement said.

He said the action was taken under sections of 83 CRPC & are linked with case FIR No.04/2008 u/s 2/3 EIMCO Act,7/25 Indian Arms Act,13 UA (P) Act of PS Kreeri.

He added the properties belonging to terror handlers, were identified during course of investigation conducted by police.
