Pakistan blows hot and cold

Date:

Tawi, November 16 (KIP):- Conflicting messages keep on coming from
Pakistan. While on one hand  Prime Minister,Nawaz Sharif's adviser to
foreign affairs, Sartaj Aziz has hinted that he would be visiting
in order to work out truce between the two neighbors, Nawaz
Sharif,on the other hand, has stated that India cannot bully Pakistan
which can defend against any aggression.

Well India has never announced that it was on war against
Pakistan. In fact India was keen to promote cordial ties with Pakistan
but machinations from extremists, he Army, the ISI and the terrorists
have made it difficult for India to go in for a fresh round of talks
with its neighbor.

Though the situation in the turmoil hit has started
improving but the Pakistani troops continue to resort to unprovoked
ceasefire violations with the aim of pushing groups of militants into
the state of Jammu and Kashmir. It is in this connection that the Army
Chief has asked troops to remain alert on the LOC so that each and
every ingress bid was foiled.

The agencies across the border are worried over the way cent
per cent candidates registered by the Board of School Examination
participated in the class 12 examination in Kashmir indicating that
the  youth are keen to study and not indulge in violence.

Another source of worry is that after demonetization handlers
were not able to pay cash to the boys for stone pelting or for hurling
a grenade or a bomb. That is the reason for the Pak Army and the
Rangers to scale up ceasefire violations so that trained terrorists
were able to cross into Kashmir for increasing the level of turmoil
and violence. Third way next two months are crucial because this month
is easy for the Pak troops to push groups of militants and later when
the snow falls the border routes could become impassable.

Hence it is going to be a tussle between the Indian troops and
the Pak Army on the LOC and Pakistan possibly tries to make a bid for
truce to hoodwink India.(KIP)
