Jammu Tawi, July 25: A protest candle march was carried out by the Kashmiri Pandit Migrant employees serving in Kashmir in Different districts at Jagti Migrant township on July 24, 2016 from 7p.m. to 9p.m. in connection with deteriorated conditions of Kashmir valley and the atrocities to which they were subjected in past.
The candle march was supported by the members of Jagti Tenement Committee and Soan Kashmir Front headed by Shadi Lal Pandita who have raised voice in support of these Migrant employees.
Pandita demanded that the Government of Jammu and Kashmir should take immediate steps in adjusting these Migrant employees in Jammu in different offices till the time permanent rehabilitation of Kashmiri Pandit Migrant community is ensured in safe and secure township in Kashmir valley. He also demanded filling of remaining 3800 posts under Prime Ministers employment package.
He also said that the Kashmiri Pandit community is interested in permanent rehabilitation in Kashmir valley in separate township.
