‘LJP firm on agenda of development, peace in J&K’

Jammu Tawi: J&K President of Lok Jan Shakti Party (LJP)  Rafiq Malik Thursday re-affirmed his party’s commitment for peace, development and addressing of political issue of Jammu and Kashmir and said that party is firm on its agenda of achieving peaceful, modern and prosperous Jammu and Kashmir where youth welfare and economic development will be the buzz word.  This was stated by Malik during membership cards distribution programme organized at party office in Jammu here today.  Hundreds of prominent women who recently joined  LJP were today provided membership cards by LJP President. Speaking on the occasion, Malik assured the gathering that party is committed to work for the people especially the poor people of the J&K UT.  He said that party will become voice of voiceless to address their grievances by projecting the same on the concerned platforms timely and properly. He asked the people to remain cautious against the elements who want to wedge apart the society on various grounds and flair up sentiments of the people for vote bank politics. He also appealed concerned authorities to take immediate necessary steps to address public issues on priority.
