Srinagar/Jammu, Jan 8: The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) on Thursday issued an advisory cautioning students and parents against fake links and unofficial announcements claiming the declaration of Class 10 results, urging them to rely only on official platforms.

JKBOSE clarified that authentic updates will be available exclusively on its official website, jkbose.nic.in, and on jkresults.nic.in once results are declared. The board said the Class 10 results of the Annual Regular 2025 session (Winter Zone/Kashmir Division), conducted during October–November 2025, are ready but await formal approval.
According to the advisory, the results can be declared only after clearance by the Result Declaration Committee, which is chaired by the JKBOSE Chairman. The process has been delayed as the board is currently without a permanent Chairman following the retirement of the previous additional charge holder on December 31, 2025.
JKBOSE officials said the results will be announced within a few days after the appointment of the new Chairman. As of January 8, no official confirmation regarding the appointment has been uploaded on the JKBOSE website.
The board advised students to avoid clicking or sharing unverified links to prevent misinformation and potential online scams, reiterating that only official JKBOSE portals should be trusted for result-related information.
