JAMMU, Aug 1: The Public Works Department (PWD) has placed Engineer Anil Dass, Executive Engineer (Mechanical) as the Incharge Superintendent Engineer (Mechanical) in his own pay and grade for a period of six months or till such time the post is filled on a regular basis.
