JAMMU, Oct 22: In a recent order, key portfolios have been assigned to ministers, designating feeding departments for smooth operations.
Surinder Kumar Choudhary, Deputy Chief Minister, will oversee Public Works (R&B), Industries & Commerce, Mining, Labour, and other sectors, with the Public Works (R&B) Department as his feeding department.
Sakeena Masood (Itoo) is assigned Health, Medical, and Social Welfare sectors, with the Higher Education Department as her feeder.
Javed Ahmed Rana will manage Jal Shakti, Forests, and Tribal Affairs, with Jal Shakti Department feeding him.
Javid Ahmad Dar will handle Agriculture and Rural Development with support from the Agriculture Department, and Satish Sharma will head Food, Civil Supplies, Transport, and Science & Technology, supported by the Department of Food.
