JAMMU, May 27: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has accorded sanction to the reconstitution of the Board of Directors (BoDs) of the Jammu and Kashmir Project Construction Corporation Limited (J&KPCC Ltd) with Rajiv Rai Bhatnagar, Advisor to the Lieutenant Governor, as its Chairman.
