JAMMU, July 20: The J&K Finance Department has directed that Akhtar Ali, Chief Accounts Officer for the Chief Engineer PW (R&B) Central Kashmir, will also assume the responsibilities of Chief Accounts Officer at the Directorate of Industries and Commerce, Kashmir, during Nishad Akhtar’s leave.
