JAMMU, Jun 7: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has appointed Naresh Kumar, incharge Chief Engineer, Irrigation and Flood Control, Kashmir, to probe into the charges framed against Bashir Ahmed Dar, then Executive Engineer, PHE Division Handwara.
As per an order, the Inquiry Officer shall conduct a detailed investigation and submit his report with specific recommendations to the Government within 15 days respectively.
