Reasi, Dec 17: PM Shri HSS Agharjitto organized one-day trekking from Agharjitto to Quoon area and visited a famous temple passing through the forest and hills.
Sarpanch Prem Lata along with ex Sarpanch, Krishan Singh and Panch, Sanjay Kumar flagged off the trekking in the presence of Principal HSS Agharjitto.
The Sarpanch applauded the efforts of the school in scouting such activities and emphasized the significance of attracting more people and trekkers to visit these places.
He recognized the Quoon area trek as a hidden gem in the region, highlighting the need for its promotion to increase tourism.
The trekking was coordinated by senior lecturer, Ram Paul, Bandana Dogra, Sushma Devi, Ram Paul, Priyanka Dogra, Rahul Bakshi and Poonam Sharma.
