Jammu, Dec 17: J&K Taekwondo Association shall hold two-day Open Jammu Taekwondo Championship (Kyorugi/Poomsae/Para) under the aegis of Taekwondo Federation of India (TFI) and J&K Sports Council (JKSC) at Indoor Sports Hall, Bhagwati Nagar, here from December 19.
The Championships is open to all taekwondo athletes of Jammu Division and athletes will play their matches on the latest technology of Point Sensor Scoring System (PSS) which is completely electronic based, a handout issued by the Association here today informed.
Earlier, Association held a meeting of the organising committee under the presidentship of Rajesh Pangotra. However, the weigh-in shall take place a day earlier on December 18 at Dogra Brahmin Pratinidhi Sabha, Parade, here from 3 pm onwards.
