Gurpurab celebrated with religious fervour in Jammu

Jammu today celebrated the Gurpurab, the birth anniversary of Guru Nanak Dev Ji here with religious fervour and gaiety. The main congregation was held at at Gurudwara Chand Nagar in the heart of city.
Attired in colourful dresses, members of the Sikh community, including women and children, thronged Gurudwaras, religious congregations and offered special prayers on the occasion.
Thousands of Sikhs from different parts of the city and outskirts visited the Gurudwara to join the prayers. The Sabd Kirtan was recited in the congregation enriched the devotees.
Meanwhile, special langar were also organised for the devotees in the Gurudwaras.
