JAMMU, July 3: The District Election Officer of Baramulla has identified a significant discrepancy in the election expense accounts of independent candidate Abdul Rasheed Sheikh. The Expenditure Register submitted by Sheikh shows an amount of Rs. 210,120, while the Shadow Register maintained by observers records an actual expenditure of Rs. 1,378,213.
