Jammu Tawi, December 16, 2023: Addressing the executive meet of JKPCC, Smt. Rajni Patil MP and AICC Incharge J&K affairs assured the local Congress leadership to take up their demands by way of resolution with the central leadership for consideration and follow up action. She said that shortly a meeting of top leadership of JKPCC shall be arranged with central leadership for discussing the issue and overall political situation in J&K including the forthcoming Lok Sabha elections besides the early assembly elections and early restoration of statehood.
Expressing confidence that Congress is a strong and vibrant force in J&K, as experienced during successful conduct of Bharat Jado Yatra, She said Congress will come out stronger in the coming elections and form the government in Jammu and Kashmir. She advised the party leaders and workers to reach out to the suffering masses at the grass root level and gear up the party activities to expose BJP's false claims and spread Congress ideology and policies for poor and common man, youth, farmers and all sections at massive scale. She lauded the Congress workers for their commitment and dedication and asked them to work hard in coming months.
