BJP pays tributes to Swami Vivekanand on death anniversary

District Unit of BJP Jammu West paid floral tributes on the 116th death anniversary of Swami Vivekanand at Rama Lane area. Former Cabinet Minister and MLA Jammu West presided over the program. It was attended by local residents, political activists and social activists of the area. Prasad was also distributed amongst the people who attended the program. Speaking on the occasion, MLA Jammu west remembered the noble deeds of Swami Vivekanand and portrayed his role in front of the attendants of the program. He said that youth must follow the footsteps of Swami Vivekanand and must fix their goals with concern to their future as well. MLA also stated that Swami Vivekanand's quote “Arise, Awake and Do Not Stop till the goal is achieved” should be adopted by every youth to see a major change in their life and achieve anything in their lives. Terming Swami Vivekanand as real KaramYogi, He stated that every Indian must comply with his teachings and follow a routine in life for achieving heights. He said that PM Modi is following his footsteps and our nation could be called as a power in coming times. District President Ayodhya Gupta, Dr Pardeep Mahotra, State Vice President BJYM Karan Sharma, Mandal President Jeet Angral, Veenu Khanna, Jaideep Sambyal, Puneet Mahajan, Adv Rajesh Gupta, Asha Sharma, Veena Gupta, Deepak Kumar, Kiran Wali, Reena Gupta, Yash Pal Shivgotra, Surjit Chib, Rajesh Saini, Reema Bakshi, Sharma Tailor were also present on the occasion.
