Jammu Tawi, May 31: Senior BJP Leader J&K, Chander Mohan Sharma expressed his jubilation on completion of extraordinary and successful seven years in the office by Modi led NDA govt in the center. Sharma was addressing a zoom meeting with party workers, here today. Addressing the workers, he said that World has witnessed and noted the historical decisions and steps taken by Modi Govt and for the people of Jammu and Kashmir, the reason for feeling exuberantly joyful is pathbreaking and landmark constitutional and political accomplishments by Modi-Led NDA Government. He further detailed brief account of some of the attainments in J&K, is commemorated abrogation of Articles 370 and 35-A of the constitution of India. BJP's doctrine of ‘Sab Ka Sath, Sab Ka Vikas & Sab Ka Vishwas' has been accepted by the populace of Kashmir valley and they also participated in Panchayat elections thereby strengthening the democracy at grass root level. He further said that
Militancy is contained in the valley to a big extent with a considerable reduction in militancy related incidents in the J&K UT which has happened first time in the history.
“Uri and Balakot operations across the border are milestones in the history of defense of independent India. This has proven to be a blow on mischievous designs of anti-India forces”, he said.
He further added that the territory of Ladakh area intruded by Chinese army has not only been regained but Indian Army has reclaimed more hill tops under the illegal occupation of Chinese army since 1962.
The UT Administration has successfully got restored the illegally occupied the thousand of kanals of land belonging to forest and state land from the illegal occupation of land mafia. The government of India has enshrined the status of official languages to Dogri, Hindi, Kashmiri along with Urdu.
It is for the first time that the process of deporting Rohingyas has been in set in motion. Besides launching of many welfare and pro-people schemes in the state the pace of development of the cherished projects is appreciable. The benchmark decision of Central pertaining to J&K UT is establishment of delimitation commission which is working day and night to carb out justifiable constituencies of J&K Assembly and Parliament.
