Training for Haj pilgrims held

A Haj Training programme for the Haj aspirants of the District was held today here at Jamia Masjid, Beehama.
During the training programme, Executive Officer, State Haj Committee, Dr Abdul Salaam gave detailed information regarding various Waajibat and Farayiz of Haj and assured them different kinds of facilities by State Haj Committee.
Haj Trainer from State Haj Committee apprised the aspirants about different aspects of preparations and other important aspects of Haj pilgrimage.
Haj aspirants were also shown a documentary about the Haj Pilgrimage titled “Haj Guide in Kashmiri”. The 46 minutes documentary produced by State Haj Committee is also available on the Official Youtube Channel of the State Haj Committee with the title, “Haj Guide in Kashmiri”.
The Haj aspirants are requested to benefit through this video explaining the formalities at Srinagar, Medina and Jeddah Airports, stay in the hotels, Tawaaf, Saee, Stay in Mina, Waqoof-e-Arafat, spending night in open sky in Muzdalifa, Travelling in busses and trains, Rami, Qurbani, Halaq and Tawaaf-e-Ziyarat available in the Documentary.
The Haj aspirants expressed satisfaction about the arrangements put in place for the training programme in the District by the concerned departments.
