Jammu Tawi: MLA Jammu West, Arvind Gupta, initiated a significant road development project today with the black topping work at Ward No. 31 in Bhawani Nagar, valued at Rs. 25 lakhs. This development aims to enhance road quality and improve local infrastructure in response to community needs.
