    JAMMU, July 10: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has accorded sanction to the constitution of Union Territory Maritime & Waterways Transport Committee for monitoring and implementation of initiatives in the maritime and waterways sector in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir.
