J&K reports 182 fresh cases

Tawi, Nov 24: Jammu and Thursday recorded 182 fresh positive cases in the last 24 hours, taking the number of total active cases in the Union Territory to 1,706.

The fresh 182 positive cases have pushed the tally of positive cases to 336,063.

Of the exact number of 336,063 cases, 211,166 are from Kashmir division and 124,897 from Jammu division.

The officials said that the total number of active cases in Jammu and Kashmir are 1,706 including 1,458 from Kashmir division and 248 from Jammu division.

With 160 more recoveries, the tally of total recoveries in Jammu and Kashmir has reached 329,891 which is 98.16 percent of the total cases.

“Cases tested positive in J&K include 69 from Srinagar, 32 from Baramulla, 17 from Budgam, 03 from Pulwama, 11 from Kupwara, 01 from Anantnag, 05 from Bandipora, 06 from Ganderbal, 05 from Kulgam and 00 from Shopian in Kashmir division while as 33 from Jammu division include  11 from Jammu, 04 from Udhampur, 03 from Rajouri, 01 from Doda, 02 from Kathua, 00 from Samba, 02 from Kishtwar, 00 from Poonch, 00 from Ramban and 10 from Reasi,” officials disclosed.
