JAMMU: A Vaishno Devi pilgrim today died of suspected cardiac arrest near Adh Kuwari in Trikuta Hills of Reasi district.
“A pilgrim namely Ram Ashish Parshad,60, son of Lala Parshad, resident of Eklabi, Patna, Bihar alongwith family after having holy Darshan at the cave shrine fell unconscious when reached near Adhkuwari,” police sources here said.
They said that he was rushed to the nearby dispensary but doctor declared him as brought dead as he died of suspected cardiac failure.
“The body has been shifted to CHC Katra and handed over to the family,” they said. (AGENCIES)
