    Actress Sonam Kapoor reveals her daily nutrition secrets

    Fans of Bollywood star Sonam Kapoor have long wondered about her daily diet and fitness regimen. In a recent social media post, the actress gave followers a glimpse into her everyday nutrition routine.

    Kapoor starts each morning around 6 am by enjoying a handful of soaked almonds and Brazil nuts. According to nutrition expert Reema Madhian, these nuts provide key benefits. Almonds are a good source of protein, vitamin E and healthy fats making them ideal to eat before breakfast. Meanwhile, Brazil nuts stand out for their high selenium content which supports bone, heart and thyroid health.

    In addition to her nuts, Kapoor drinks a glass of fresh lemon water to stay hydrated. She also indulges in one cup of collagen-infused chocolate coffee. The actress then powers through her workday meetings fueled by a classic breakfast of eggs on toast.

    Come lunchtime, Kapoor chooses a hearty yet healthy meal of steamed arrabiatta pasta topped with salad. A few hours later around 4 pm, she sips on a warm beverage. At 5:15 pm, the star enjoys “chicken on toast” along with a side of coconut yoghurt and fresh berries. Kapoor wraps up her daily nutrition with a 7 pm thermos of soup provided by her personal chef while on the go.
